Bread. Do we refrigerate or not?

Many of you put it bread in the fridge. Some of you have adopted this habit from your mothers or grandmothers. So it's a habit that lasts for years and it's hard to break anyway. But is it correct to put the bread at such a low temperature?

You should be aware that bread dehydrates in the refrigerator and can sometimes even become moldy before its expiration date. The ideal place for a bread is in a plastic bag that is resealed airtight. If you don't intend to use it soon, then and only then can you put it in the freezer.
