Make your own peppermint foot cream!
After a long day, this refreshing peppermint and spearmint cream is the best to soothe your sore and tired feet.
You will need:
– 2 teaspoons of cocoa butter
– 2 tablespoons of almond oil
– 2 teaspoons of beeswax
– 1 tablespoon of wheat oil
– 2 tablespoons of mint decoction
– 2 teaspoons of emulsified wax
– 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
Friday:
Heat the beeswax and cocoa butter with the almond and wheat oil in a bain-marie. At the same time, heat the mint decoction in a saucepan without boiling.
Dissolve in the gelatinized wax, remove the oil mixture from the heat and add the decoction, stirring well until it cools.
Finally, pour the peppermint essential oil and place the mixture in a glass container. You can keep it in the refrigerator.
