Tea: Beneficial properties and tips to increase its nutritional value!

Did you know that tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world after water? And yet!
There are not a few who have replaced their daily coffee with good quality tea. I am one of them! Now it's a must for the cold winter nights ahead!

The four main types of tea are known and they are of course green, white, red and black. They are considered functional foods because they naturally contain ingredients such as tannins, including catechins, which act as antioxidants in the body, thus helping to prevent cell damage.
Research that has been completed suggests that by drinking four cups of tea a day, we offer our body significant health benefits.
Each type of tea has its own history and has its own beneficial properties.
You can choose any type you want or your needs require, however, I will give you some tips so that you can increase their nutritional value.
