The "magical" concoction for the difficult days of the month
I am also a woman and I know that sometimes these "difficult days» of the month, they are really very difficult.
But if you think you can deal with the pains and cramps without taking any painkillers, see an easy decoction that you can make and relieve you immediately.
Materials:
- Water
- Chamomile
- Ginger
Implementation:
Pour the water into a teapot or pot and add the ginger into it. Cover the pot and let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes. Then, take it off the heat and add your dried chamomile. Cover again and leave it for 10'. Strain and drink it immediately, adding a little honey if you want!
