Tips for quick activation of the metabolism

The higher the metabolism, the more calories you burn. There are some habits that can help activate your metabolism, without straining your body and organism with various methods.
What you have to do…

– Eat breakfast
When you don't eat breakfast, you not only eat more at lunchtime, but you also tell your body to conserve energy, which means burning less.

– Food at specific times
Eating at specific times trains your body to burn more calories between meals.

- Don't "starve it"
When you're too careful with calories and don't eat, your body, to protect you, lowers your metabolism to preserve the energy reserves it has, so you burn fewer calories.
- Consume foods rich in calcium
A diet rich in calcium can help you burn more fat. Calcium plays a very important role in fat metabolism which determines whether you burn calories or store them as fat.

– Consume water
Water is important for many bodily functions. One of these functions is metabolism. If you are dehydrated, your body can burn up to 2% fewer calories.

– Eat "clean" foods
People who consume food with toxins, which may come from pesticides, have more difficulty losing weight as well as a greater drop in their metabolism according to Canadian researchers.

– Get more sleep
The less you sleep, the less you move the next day, so you burn fewer calories. Also, when you sleep less, your body burns fewer calories.

– Be careful with your period
Eat foods with iron (see spinach and broccoli). When you have your period you lose iron which carries oxygen to your muscles. When your iron drops, your muscles don't get enough oxygen, your energy drops and your metabolism slows.

– Move more
Just 20 minutes in a stable position is enough to lower your metabolism according to research.
