Homemade frozen yogurt in 5 minutes with few ingredients!

It hasn't been many years since they made their appearance on the market frozen yogurts or otherwise known as frozen yogurt. If you haven't heard of them, they are essentially frozen yogurt with various flavors. The best thing about this treat is that it's cool, so just what you need for summer, and you don't have a lot of calories.

To make it you really need very few ingredients and in just 5 minutes you will have a nutritious dessert ready that will drive the whole family crazy. Don't hesitate to let your imagination run free and try the dessert with different flavors or even with pieces of fruit.

Materials:

  • 4 cups frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Implementation:

Before you start making the dessert, put the fruit in the freezer cut into small pieces so that they are frozen. When you want to make it, take the fruit out of the freezer. Put it in the blender and add the yogurt, honey and vanilla and beat them until they become a homogeneous mixture. Unbelievable and yet true, the dessert is ready.

Make sure that the fruits you choose are of good quality, and not beaten since this way you will give a creamier texture to the mixture. The recipe does not have sugar since its goal is a healthy result. Instead of sugar, you put honey. If you see that you want your dessert to become a little sweeter, add honey. Honey will also prevent crystals from forming in your frozen yogurt.

Serve it in ice cream bowls or cookie cones. Add whatever you want on top, from syrup to pieces of fruit.
