How often should we shave according to dermatologists?
The eternal problem which torments all women from the beginning of their puberty, is none other than hair. And when we say hair, we mean those on the legs, bikini, underarms and belly that have been made to make our summer days, difficult and clearly more tiring. So the eternal problem is accompanied by an eternal question: "How often are we allowed to shave?"
According to dermatologists, there is nothing wrong with shaving the bikini area, legs and armpits every day if it is deemed necessary. However, an important condition is that it is done in the right way, i.e. by shaving our hair in one direction and without injuring our skin. It is not something unhealthy or harmful for our skin.
There is only one parameter that we all need to pay attention to. If there are open wounds or scratches on our legs, we must avoid shaving the specific areas as the wounds may become infected or grow.
Of course, for shaving to be safe for your skin there are some tips which we must strictly observe.
First, we don't lend or share our razors with friends or even our sister because germs are very likely to be transferred. In order not to injure our skin, it would be good to shave our legs with soap or use a shaving cream suitable for the needs of our skin. After shaving, in addition to your moisturizer, a few drops of coconut oil will soften and moisturize the areas you used the razor.
CAUTION: We remember to replace our razor once a week and store it in a clean place away from unwanted dust.
