What you should do is a relaxing warm bath at home.

Fill your bathtub with warm water and add salts, a few drops of essential oils of your choice and some dried lavender.

Stay in the bathtub for 20-30 minutes and enjoy your bath. Soak your body and you will immediately feel your muscles relax.

** If you want, you can even add rose petals and your mood will soar. Especially if you take a bath with your partner!
