Foot fungus? Get rid now!

The summer that we have all been waiting for has arrived and it is the most difficult months for our feet, since the fungi are easily transmitted.
Moisture helps their growth, as well as frequent sweating of the feet due to increased temperatures.
Strong redness of the skin, strong foot odor, irritation, itching, blistering, peeling of the skin (especially on the little fingers), dry skin, are some of the symptoms that indicate that something needs to be done...
You must:
– Wash your feet daily
– Always dry them with a clean towel
– You often change the socks you wear
– Make sure to buy 100% cotton socks
– Prefer sandals and flip flops
– Do not step barefoot in the swimming pools or the gym
– Do not use your friends' belongings, such as a sponge, towel or shoes

This is how you will combat the problem
In a bowl of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 3 drops of tea tree.
Mix well and place your feet in the basin. Leave them on for at least 15 minutes, twice a day. Follow the same process for 10 days.
Alternatively, instead of tea tree you can use coarse sea salt.
