No-bake plum bars

Components:

  • 200 gr. pitted prunes
  • 100 gr. peanuts, shelled
  • 100 gr. peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • 50 gr. chocolate tears
  • Execution Method:

    • Put the plums with the peanuts in the food processor with the knives and beat them until they melt and become a mass.
    • We add it peanut butter, the cinnamon and continue beating until the mixture becomes a dough.
    • Add the chocolate tears and beat twice until they are incorporated into the mixture.
    • Pour the mixture into a rectangular form 10×25 cm. on which we have laid a membrane.
    • With our fingers we press the mixture so that it has a uniform thickness everywhere inside the form.
    • Put the form in the freezer for 5 hours.
    • We remove and we cut in individual bars.
    • Keep in the fridge for a week after wrapping them one by one in film.
