Turn your moisturizing cream into a peeling or cream mask
What can you find in your kitchen? How can you use them?
I always give you recipes to make natural products with ingredients that you have at home or that you can find in any supermarket, or in organic shops and pharmacies. So today, I thought I'd give you a quick and easy solution, to have a scrub to exfoliate your face or a cream mask in minutes. So what do we do, we take a small amount of our moisturizing cream and depending on the properties we want to give to the peeling or cream mask, we respectively add the corresponding material.
What we will need:
For the PEEL:
Salt or sugar (classic peeling)
Poppy seed (if we want a more intense peeling)
Ground espresso (smaller grains than salt and sugar, with antioxidant properties)
*with light circular movements we exfoliate our face
For the CREAM MASK :
Clay (antiseptic, slightly bleaching, moisturizing, firming), about 1 quart of sugar
Almond flour (moisturizer, emollient), about 1 quart of sugar
Cocoa (chocolate flavor, moisturizing, antioxidant) 1 quart of sweet
Mashed avocado (rich moisturizer, nourishing for the skin) 1 tsp.
Aloe vera (moisturizer) 1 tbsp
*leave it for about 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water
