With these foods you will "build" perfect abs

According to gymnasts, muscle growth requires a combination of plenty of fluids, proper nutrition and exercise. I don't think you're hearing anything new today, but maybe it's time to find out what these foods are that will help you make your body exactly the way you want it?
What you should eat:

Fruit and vegetables: They form the basis of any healthy diet, providing fiber, vitamins, minerals, and fluids. Vegetables contain small amounts of protein.

Nuts: Either raw or cooked, but unsalted, they are a very good source of protein. They provide vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats.

Beans and whole grains: They contain small amounts of protein for energy and muscle repair, along with fiber, vitamins and antioxidants.

Low-fat dairy products: They provide high-quality proteins, carbohydrates and essential vitamins, such as vitamin D, potassium and calcium. Also, chocolate milk is an ideal drink to recover your lost energy after training. If you are lactose intolerant, you can try yogurt with active ingredients.

Lean meat: It is an important source of protein, iron for transporting oxygen to the muscles, and amino acids, including leucine, which is thought to stimulate the muscle growth process.

The dark meat of the chicken: According to nutritionists, it provides 25% more iron and three times the zinc compared to white meat.

Eggs: It provides you with all the essential amino acids. An ideal amount is one per day. But don't throw away the yolk, as half the protein, along with other nutrients like lutein, is there.

*  If you decide to follow this type of diet, be careful, as you should consume enough calories to "build" muscle, but not too many, as this can lead to body fat gain.

Consult a specialist or your trainer.
