There can be several reasons why our fingers swell every summer. Some possible causes may include: dehydration, heat-induced vasodilation, or increased salt intake. However, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to something you don't know about, such as pollen or insect bites.
If you are experiencing swelling in your fingers;, there are some simple things you can do to relieve symptoms.
THE drinking plenty of water it is important to prevent dehydration, which can contribute to swelling. You might also want to try keep your hands up and stay in one cool, air-conditioned environment to help reduce swelling caused by heat-induced vasodilation.
If your swelling is due to allergic reaction, you may want to try taking an over-the-counter antihistamine to relieve your symptoms.
You can also try implementing a cold compress on your fingers to reduce inflammation.
