Yogurt Therapy II, hair & body.

Yoghurt
Yogurts are a precious commodity, which we can use in aesthetics, in recipes for the face, body and even hair. It has a high nutritional value, since it contains sugars, proteins, calcium and vitamins A, B1 and B2. It also helps in cell renewal and hair and nail growth. We in aesthetics use it mainly for its moisturizing effect, the cooling sensation it leaves on the skin and often for its mild antiseptic and antimicrobial effect.

Moisturizing-soothing body mask

200 gr of yogurt
3 tablespoons of green clay
1 teaspoon of avocado oil
4-5 drops of neroli essential oil

Implementation: Mix all the ingredients together, if you want the mask to be even thicker, add clay or a little flour. We smear the area of our body with the mask and wrap with transparent film. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Hair mask with yogurt

1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon olive oil
3 drops of lime essential oil
