Smoothie with watermelon and melon

What could be nicer than enjoying a cool one on your terrace smoothie combining two wonderful fruits. 

Watermelon and melon!

It is absolutely refreshing and delicious and your guests will surely go crazy if you serve it to them!

 

Watermelon

 

Watermelon contains a large amount of water and nutrients. It is a shield against blood pressure and acts to treat muscle pain.

Melon

Melon contains a high amount of B-carotene and is rich in water.

Materials:

– 100 gr. yoghurt

– 200 gr. melon

– 100 gr. watermelon

– 1/2 tbsp honey

 

Friday:

 

Put the yogurt in the freezer for about half an hour and the melon for 15 minutes, after you have first pureed it.

 

Then, cut the watermelon into small cubes.

Beat the yogurt and melon in the blender and add the honey at the same time.

 

Pour the watermelon cubes into a glass and add the mixture from the blender.

Your smoothie is ready!
