Smoothie for fat burning and energy
With this smoothies you will burn fat and if you drink it in the morning when you start your day, you will have energy for the rest of the day.
Materials:
– ½ glass of apple juice
– 1 pear, chopped
– 1 chopped apple
– 1 handful of spinach
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– Popsicles
Put all the ingredients in the blender to blend and enjoy!
