Everyday Detox

THE detoxification it is a natural function that the body does on its own every day and every minute. But as often happens the day comes when the system gets tired. With a few simple daily habits that you can acquire, you will see a difference in your skin and more.

One cold one hot

A warm bath is a pleasure that is hard to beat. But if you want to make your organs wake up and work as well as they can, and your skin rejuvenated, then you need to look... brave.
Finish your shower or bath with alternating cold and hot water. This process will stimulate blood circulation and flush out waste. And of course finish the shower with cold water to have energy and a high mood.

Put berries in your breakfast

Berries of all kinds and colors are one of the best sources of antioxidants and vitamin C. After all, these two go hand in hand. Taking vitamin C in the morning is like giving your body a gift of strength. You can make a drink with oats and blueberries, a dessert with oats and strawberries and add cranberries or blueberries even to your green salad.

Correct sleeping hours

The liver performs its most serious function between 1 and 3 in the morning, so it is good to sleep like a bird during those hours so that it can effectively complete the difficult task of detoxification. Also, the better you sleep, the better your gut works.

Tea

Artichoke, milk thistle, dandelion are wonderful decoctions that will help with detoxification. Green tea and in general whatever kind you choose you will benefit.

Moisturize

You must drink water. Don't forget it and make sure you consume enough every day.

Eat spicy

Pepper, peppers, curry, garlic, onion, oregano, ginger, thyme, Kozani yolk, turmeric. All of these can make your food not only tastier, but with their properties and ingredients help your lymphatic system in detoxification.
