Signs that you are dehydrated
You may already know that dark urine is a sign that your body is dehydrated. But there are other signs that are rarely linked to how much water you haven't drunk, while your body desperately needs it.
Who are they;
Bad breath
As the amount of saliva in the mouth decreases, so does the body's ability to fight the germs that cause bad breath. So, if you have noticed that you have bad breath, increase the amount of water you drink.
One bite says it all
Pinch your skin on the upper side of your hand, release it and watch it return to its previous state. If it returns immediately, then the moisture in your body is at a good level and your skin is really elastic. If it takes a long time to recover, drink water urgently.
You don't sweat anymore
In order not to sweat, you need to have reached serious levels of dehydration. The body is so deficient in moisture that it refuses to expel even the few fluids it has. If you notice that while you are physically active, you sweat less than at other times, then you need to drink water immediately.
You have a lot of cravings
Many times when we feel the immediate need to eat something, it is very likely that we are not hungry but thirsty. And yet, it's the brain's signal that it needs… fuel. So, as soon as you feel the first torturous urge, drink two glasses of water. If in fifteen minutes you are still hungry, you can eat.
