When should you use the resistances and when the air in the oven
Baking in oven it is not an easy task at all, especially if you are not that much of a fan of cooking and do it out of a chore.
Elias Panagiotou was recently in the MasterChef villa and explained to us when we use the resistances and when the air in our oven and what he said is quite interesting and useful.
So according to him: The resistors cook the same both above and below. If we want to bake something so that it forms a crust, we put the resistance on. The air cooks differently in every part of our dish in the oven. With the wind you have to be constantly alert – Raise, lower and turn your pan constantly.
