Thursday: What should you pay attention to today in your diet?
Grill Day today and of course you won't be able to resist and say no to an outing with friends or a get-together at home. And of course you will do very well. But what should you pay attention to if you do not intend to go completely outside your diet plan?
To avoid any unnecessary calories and fat, some things you can pay attention to are the following:
- Eat low-fat grilled meats, such as chicken, instead of fattier meats such as steaks and sausages.
- Avoid excessive consumption of foods that contain a lot of fat.
- Add your portion of salad with fresh vegetables next to it.
- It goes without saying that you will prefer meat grilled and not fried.
- Avoid alcohol and at the end when you see sweets don't fall on your face.
