Proper maintenance of the toothbrush
You may think you are using correctly but most of you are making mistakes.
THE toothbrush it must be rinsed and dried very well after each brushing. The moisture held in the fibers when placed in a plastic case attracts bacteria, and increases the chances of them losing their shape when used. It is best to have two toothbrushes and use them alternately so that they have time to dry thoroughly before the next use. We replace them with new ones every two to three months, or even sooner if the fibers look worn.
