These foods "protect" our heart
THE diet it plays an important role in the functioning of our heart. Most people make the mistake of focusing on certain foods like garlic but at the same time following bad nutrition and rich in saturated fat.

Fresh herbs: Rosemary, oregano and thyme contain antioxidants.
Black beans: They contain nutrients such as folic acid, antioxidants and magnesium, along with fiber that helps control cholesterol and sugar.
Cherry: Cherries contain anthocyanins, which are believed to help protect blood vessels. These particular fruits, in any form, have antioxidants.
Oranges: They contain pectin, a fiber that fights cholesterol, as well as potassium that helps control pressure. Research has shown that oranges can make blood vessels work better and lower blood pressure.
