Eye mask with milk and porridge

It is a very good mask that you can do in the morning when you eat your breakfast since you will use exactly the same ingredients.

Treats dehydration while helping to regenerate wrinkles around the eyes.

You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of porridge
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk

Friday:

Put the milk in a bain-marie and add the porridges, letting them melt. Estimate around 10 minutes. Drain the porridge well and put it in the fridge.

Then, take a small amount of the mask with your hand and apply it under the eyes for 20 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water and apply your moisturizer.
