3 recipes for strong NAILS, like nails
I know many of you have a problem with the nails you and you ask me what to do when they break and do not grow longer.
Also, many of you do not want to use a chemical base, you are pregnant or pregnant. So for all of you, today I give 3 natural recipes that will harden and strengthen your nails.
Recipes for strong NAILS
1st recipe:
– Half a cup of warm water
– 2 tablespoons of rose water
– 1 teaspoon of cooking salt
– 1 teaspoon of honey
Implementation:

– ½ cup of beer
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Implementation:
Heat the olive oil slightly and add the apple cider vinegar and beer. Soak your hands in it for 10-15 minutes.
3rd recipe:
– juice of 2 lemons
– 1 teaspoon table salt
Implementation:
Heat the lemon juice slightly and dissolve the salt in it. Pour the mixture into a bowl and while it is still warm, dip your fingers into it so that the nails are covered. Leave for 15 minutes, remove and simply wipe.
