They are foods with a lot of calories, salt and sugar, which do not fill us up, they fill us with unnecessary calories that lead to an uncontrolled increase in weight and fat and cause fluid retention which is also an enemy of cellulite. For example, a packet of chips has 800 calories and 1 chocolate bar has 500 calories!
4. If for some reason we have run out of them at home, we move them to an inconspicuous place (back back in the cupboard) so that we don't have contact and are not tempted to nibble unnecessarily. On the contrary, tplace in a prominent place, e.g. in front of the fridge or on the table healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc. so that we have an incentive to consume them.
5. We keep a food log. In simple words we write what we ate every day e.g. for breakfast, lunch etc. This helps us to have a representative picture of what we have eaten and to take opposite balancing actions in case of e.g. that we ate a lot and unhealthily.
6. We avoid ordering from outside! Convenience foods are also high in calories, saturated fat and salt, which can easily lead to weight gain. For example, a piece of pizza can reach up to 400 calories.
7. We cook at home! With simple pure ingredients we choose delicious and healthy recipes that contain nutrients beneficial for our health. Besides that, cooking is a pleasant way to "kill" our busy time and spend creative moments with our family.
8. We do as much exercise as we can. Either staying at home we can put videos for home exercise, or going for a walk/run around the neighborhood keeping safe distances. The more active we are, the higher we keep our metabolism, so we burn more!
9. We have in mind that this is one transient state, which we hope to get out of quickly, and when we get back to normal we should be in same physical condition and getting into our clothes. Another summer is coming!
