TIPS FOR A GOOD SLEEP
Before going to sleep, drink a cup of chamomile with a little nutmeg added.
We can spray our sheets and pillowcases with water enriched with lavender essential oil before going to bed and after ironing them we lay them. The smell of lavender will relax and calm us.
We take a warm bath, we can use essential oils, even bath salts to relax us.
Disconnect from any electronic device, let your brain rest and calm down. Choose a more relaxing activity like reading a book or taking care of yourself.

You want to have a nice and good one sleep? My personal advice is to do some light work around the house, get tired enough to go to sleep and not have insomnia or struggle to sleep.
