When it's cold, you're more likely to catch a cold. Truth or lies?

It's a common question. However, what you need to know is how the cold it does not affect your immune system unless the temperature is low enough to lower your defenses. This usually only happens in hypothermic situations. When you get sick, it's because you caught a virus, not because it's cold.

In winter you are more prone to such situations because you move in closed spaces, MMM where germs are more easily transmitted from person to person.

Make sure to wash your hands often and not to touch your face.

Don't forget to eat right and exercise!
