Did it winter? Protect your skin from the cold

You need to take action before you see the dryness reach alarming levels.

All skin types can experience dryness, even oily skin. The skin needs nutrients, which soothe irritations and protect it from external attacks.

The right steps for ultimate care:

  • A good day cream with a rich texture. Make sure its composition includes lipid factors, such as ceramides, oils, Ω3 fatty acids, glycerin or shea butter that will create a protective shield.
  • For more reinforcement get one serum with hyaluronic acid, which you will use every morning before applying the day cream.
  • To avoid redness apply a hydrating mask two to three times a week.

Don't forget your body

Your body also needs a lot of care. What can you do;

  • Limit the time you spend in the shower.
  • Make sure the water is not hot.
  • Use bubble baths with moisturizing agents or soap with a neutral pH.

  • Don't forget to exfoliate your body
