Natural ways to enlarge your breasts

You send me daily messages and ask me for advice on how to grow your breasts naturally without any cosmetic surgery. So since you want your breasts to grow fast, follow the instructions below to enhance them naturally.

  • Weight gain

Gain weight if you are too thin. The breast is made up of fatty tissue. In this case it would be good to consult your nutritionist.

  • Do strength training.

Cardiovascular exercise will burn excess fat, while strength training will help build chest muscles and make them look bigger. Exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

  • Do the following chest exercises

-Lift (2 kg) weights in each hand.

Bend your knees. Place the weight in each hand. Raise your arms directly above your shoulders. Your palms should be facing each other when in the air.

Lower your arms down slowly until your elbows touch the floor next to your waist.

Repeat 12 times slowly. Do 3 sets of 12 to 30 second rest periods in between.

- Do chest contractions.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Grasp the ends of a towel with each hand at each end. Hold your arms straight out in front of you.

Tighten your abdominal muscles and try to pull the towel in opposite directions with each hand. Hold the contraction for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat 3 times.

-Do pushups

Lie on an exercise mat. Place your hands directly under your shoulders. Force yourself into a position so that your body is as straight as a plank. Your weight should rest on your hands and feet, with a straight line extending between your shoulders and your ankles. If you don't have much upper body strength, modify the bend position so that you are resting on your knees.

Lower your body as far as you can by bending your elbows. Stop before you reach the floor. Pick yourself back up. Do it slowly, spending 2 to 3 seconds on each movement. Do 2 sets of 10 and increase the number of reps you do each week.

  • Massage your breasts

The activation of the hormones secreted enlarges the breasts. But don't put too much pressure on your breasts. Trauma to the chest can cause cancer.

  • In the summer, expose your breasts to the sun

Sunbathe bare-chested for at least twenty minutes at appropriate times for sunbathing.

Foods that boost breast growth:

1. Milk

All dairy products contain reproductive hormones identical to those found in the human body. Cow's milk contains naturally occurring estrogens, progesterone and prolactin, which are essential for milk production in mammals. The traces of hormones present in milk are unlikely to cause radical changes in the human body, but they may contribute to the development of breast tissue.

2. Green leafy vegetables

Young shoots of green vegetables are especially good for breast development. Also, green leafy vegetables like spinach are rich in natural antioxidants and are good sources of iron and calcium. Most vegetables do not contain enough phytoestrogens to increase growth in breast tissue. Vegetables also lower the percentage of the male hormone testosterone in women and help balance hormones in the body, thus allowing your natural estrogen levels to take effect.

3. Seafood

Seafood contains high levels of manganese, which helps increase sex hormones, thus promoting the growth of breast tissue. Seafood such as shrimp, shellfish, clams, oysters, and even seaweed make breast tissue more sensitive to estrogen.

4. Soy

Soy is rich in isoflavones and helps fight free radicals and cancer cells that can develop in breast tissue. They are also very rich in phytoestrogens, which help in breast development.

5. Nuts

Nuts, as well as foods like avocados and olive oil, are high in monounsaturated fats, which are a key ingredient in breast development.

6. Meat 

Protein is vital for any therapeutic breast enhancement. Lean meats, chicken and whey protein are high in protein and very low in fat.
