Natural recipes for our breasts
Our breasts should be treated with more care. If you don't have money to buy commercial creams, you can use some materials from nature which can often prove to be "miraculous".
For chest stretch marks:
Massage with achilles oil which is regenerative and helps prevent stretch marks and also with olive oil. Essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy.
For tight breasts:
- Make massages and compresses with 1 liter of water to which you will have added a few lavender flowers, a few nettle flowers and a few chamomile flowers and left overnight.
- Make a poultice for ten minutes with an apple which you will rub together with its skin. If you use it daily your breasts will look firmer very quickly.
- Massage for ten minutes with almond oil to which you will add a few drops of chamomile and lavender essential oil.
