Make your own mouthwash

By following the recipe below you will make your own oral solution easily and simply. By using the essential oils of the recipe you will have a better oral solution than the commercial ones.

You will need:

• 300ml floral water from citrus blossoms or distilled water
• 5 drops of clary sage essential oil
• 5 drops of thyme essential oil
• 5 drops of tea tree essential oil
• 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
• 5 drops of lemon essential oil

Friday:

Mix the essential oils in a sterile bottle and leave them overnight. Then you add the flower water and the mint mouthwash is ready. For a cooler feeling, store it in the refrigerator.
