Foods for faster tanning with duration

There are some foods, which if you include them in diet you, they will help you tan a little faster and your chocolate color last a little longer. 

So some of these foods are: carrots, dry beans, almonds, apricots, olive oil and colorful peppers. 

You can make delicious salads that you can take with you to the beach. 

Finally, a necessary element is good hydration. Get a good moisturizer and don't forget to apply daily, especially after the beach.
