The right morning start for post-holiday detox

Eat a little more on both Christmas and New Years. With this breakfast I will detoxify and you will return to your normal levels!

So what do we do when we wake up in the morning?

We eat a good breakfast, avoiding sweets and anything with unnecessary calories and preservatives, and we make sure to make healthy choices that will give us energy for the whole day.

We can eat…

– Cereal bar with coffee and fresh orange juice

– Toast with wholemeal bread, cheese, turkey and tomato, with fresh orange juice.

A delicious and nutritious smoothie that we will make ourselves.

Make the following smoothie which is full of antioxidants, protein and calcium.

Materials:

– 2 cups of coarsely chopped spinach

– 1/3 cup of raspberries

– 170 grams of low-fat yogurt

– 1 tablespoon of honey

Implementation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and add a little water.

Serve in a glass with some ice and enjoy!

* And of course don't forget fruit, lots of fruit!
