The spice that "burns" fat

If you didn't know, it's about time you found out. There is one spice which helps us for easier slimming and it is none other than cumin! Research showed that cumin can not only help a person burn up to 3 times more fat, but also naturally lowers the level of bad cholesterol in the blood.

The scientists examined the cases of 88 overweight or obese women who were in the process of losing weight, which they divided into 2 groups. Both groups followed a balanced diet and reduced their daily calorie intake by 500. But the members of the 2nd group, in addition, were instructed to consume 3g of cumin mixed into 140g of yogurt daily (the first group ate the yogurt plain). It was found that after 3 months of trying to lose weight, women who also consumed cumin lost 3 times more fat percentage.

Also, the members of the second group reduced their blood triglycerides by 23 units, while the women in the first group only reduced by 5 units. The same was true of "bad" cholesterol (LDL), which dropped by an average of nearly 10 points in the second group, compared to just 0.5 points in the first group.
