What to eat during Holy Week

We're going through it Great Week and of course most of them also a period fasting. What to eat this week in order not to be hungry, not to be deprived and of course not to break your fast?

During Holy Week, those fasting choose: Fruits, legumes, vegetables, greens, nuts, rice, pasta, bread, olives, tahini, peanut butter, honey and mushrooms.

It is forbidden to eat foods that have blood, that is, meat and fish. Dairy products are also prohibited, i.e. milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, as well as eggs and oil.
