What happens if you don't remove your makeup for one night?
How many times have I written to you that it is NECESSARY to remove every trace of make up before going to sleep? And yet there are many of you who ask me if it's okay to leave it on once and sleep with it because you're tired or because you've run out of makeup remover.
The second excuse does not exist since I have shown you dozens of ways to remove makeup with very simple materials that we all have at home.
You should not forget that at night the skin cells try to regenerate and do a natural exfoliation. Thus, a layer of makeup on the skin creates a "barrier", which can lead to clogged pores and acne.
The skin uses sleep as an opportunity to recover from what happened during the day.
If you leave the make-up on your face overnight, you should take care the very next day to take good care of your skin. Start with a deep cleansing with a gentle cream and follow with an exfoliating cream to remove dead skin cells.
