Homemade strawberry jam!
I know that once in a while you also want a cooking recipe or dessert recipe. So today I decided to share with you a very easy recipe for Strawberry jam which I have been doing for years and I prefer it because it only needs 3 ingredients and a little time and effort.
You will need:
– 1 kilo of strawberries
– 1 kilo of sugar
– 1/2 lemon (juice)
Implementation:
Wash the strawberries well, remove the stem and cut them into two or four. You place them in a saucepan with a thick base, add the sugar and let them boil on medium to low heat for about 30 minutes. Skim off the foam whenever you deem it necessary.
The jam is ready when a slightly concentrated mass remains on the wooden spoon.
At the end add the lemon juice and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour your jam into sterilized jars, filling to the top.
Close the lid very well and turn the jars upside down, leaving them like this until they cool.
