How eggplant water helps to lose excess fat

Drink it with water and lemon!

You will need a medium sized aubergine very well washed. Cut it into slices and put it in a jug. Add water and juice of one lemon. Mix well and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for a night so that the water absorbs the juices and components of the eggplant while the lemon will enhance its beneficial properties.

You can drink throughout the day or at least one glass before each of your main meals, since it neutralizes the fats contained in food. This way you help digestion, cleanse your body and get full faster.
