How to avoid toenail fungus

- Wash your feet daily
- Dry them carefully, especially between the fingers
- Avoid tight shoes and sneakers
- Wear cotton and not synthetic socks, which you should change as soon as you sweat.
- After each wash, use a deodorant spray for the soles that also has an antibacterial effect.
- Do not cut your nails too close to the skin.
- Do not use other people's manicure-pedicure tools unless you sterilize them very well.
- Do not walk with bare feet especially in the bathroom.
- If your soles sweat a lot, dry your shoes well before wearing them again.
- Take good care of injured nails because they can be infected very easily by fungi.
