How much has wedding dress fashion changed in the last 100 years? (VIDEO)
Today I have a different topic for you. Princess Philippa of England is recorded as the first woman in history to wear it wedding dress when, in 1406, she married Prince Henry of Denmark. In that historical period, of course, you didn't show off your wealth by wearing a white Vera Wang dress, but impressive, "rich" dresses made of luxurious fabrics, in dazzling colors. The more fabric and the more dazzling the color, the better. For the brides of the Middle Ages, in fact, the color of purity was not white, but blue. Many times, therefore, the couple wore a blue ribbon during the wedding - a custom from which the tradition arises for brides today to wear "something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue!" H fashion in wedding dresses in the last century it has changed significantly and now a bride can choose between the most heavenly, classic and romantic to the absolutely extreme and hot!
In a fantastic video you see the trends that prevailed by decade. Enjoy!
