Breakfast and lunch: Do it like in Survivor!
You wonder how his players are holding up Survivor without food? If you also eat them you will have energy all day. Of course I don't mean to follow their program exactly, i.e. fasting (under no circumstances) but only breakfast and tithe their. What can you do;
For breakfast:
- Banana and coconut milk
the
- Coconut water, fruit and nuts
the
- Rice milk and coconut milk
For tithe:
Fruit (e.g. banana) and nuts (e.g. sunflower seeds)
