Protect your vegetables from the heat
If you are one of those housewives who prefer to have your own vegetables, good for you because they also need care and if you are new to the "sport" you should know that watering is one of the most basic things, especially in the summer months.
You should pay special attention to newly planted plants. Make sure their soil is always sufficiently moist and never let it dry out completely.
If necessary, make a watering circle around the plants and fill it with water every day. A sure and tested method to water your tomatoes is to place a 13-15 cm diameter plastic or better clay pot in the ground next to the plants and fill it twice a day with water. When it's windy or very hot, it's a good idea to protect sensitive plants with a special protective cover.
