Whiter teeth naturally
One white smile fills us with confidence! And who doesn't want to have a beautiful and white smile? The first solution that comes to mind is a visit to the dentist. But what would you say if you heard that there are simpler ways to have white and shiny teeth?
There are some home recipes that will "brighten" your teeth along with some tips to follow!
For example, brushing your teeth should be done regularly for at least 3 minutes after every meal. You should avoid drinking a lot of coffee and tea, as well as carbonated drinks, red wine and smoking.
Recipes…
Lemon and baking soda
Mix lemon juice with some baking soda. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, spread it on the teeth with a little cotton. Leave it on for a minute (no more) and brush your teeth with toothpaste as you normally do.
Banana
Peel a banana, mash it, then take the mixture and rub it on your teeth (like you would toothpaste). Two minutes later, brush your teeth normally.
Apple cider vinegar
Dip the toothbrush in apple cider vinegar and then brush your teeth normally. You can use this technique once a week.
Salt and baking soda
Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with three teaspoons of baking soda. Apply the mixture on your teeth and wait for it to work. Don't leave it on for more than half a minute. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and after a while brush your teeth normally.
Fruit and vegetables
You can chew on good, crunchy fruits and vegetables like apples and celery to naturally remove stains from your teeth. The benefit of these foods is that they have just the right texture and that they "rub" your teeth without damaging the enamel.
Tip: Stop biting your nails. This also burdens the teeth and weakens the enamel.
Attention: Everything in moderation!
