Delicious pavlova with stevia and fruit
Make this one pavlova with stevia and fruits and make everyone lick their fingers!
Materials:
– 8 whites, from a medium egg
– 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
– 50 gr. stevia, powder (1:1)
– 500 gr. strained yogurt, 2%
– 100 gr. light cream cheese
For serving:
– 2 oranges, in fillets
– 2 grapefruits, red in fillets
– 2 tangerines
– 50 gr. blueberries
– mint, its leaves
– cocoa
Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 100°C in the air.
Beat the egg whites with the lemon juice in the mixer bowl at high speed until they start to foam.
Add the sweetener in portions and beat for 10-15 minutes until you have a fluffy and shiny meringue.
Cover 2 flat trays with parchment paper.
Take a small amount of meringue from the bucket and pour over the 4 corners of each pan.
Draw a 20 cm circle on each parchment paper with a marker, turn the parchment over and stick it to the pan.
Divide the meringue and form 2 circles of 20 cm, according to the guide we drew.
Bake for 2-21/2 hours until the meringues are firm.
Leave for 2 hours to cool completely.
Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Carefully place the first meringue on a plate.
Cover with half of the yogurt mixture and cover with the second meringue.
Spread the rest of the yogurt mixture over the meringue.
Decorate with the fruit, mint sprigs and sprinkle with cocoa.
