Easy recipe for a flat stomach

All women want to have a flat stomach. You can combine this recipe with her diet and exercise and you will see spectacular results.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • A few mint leaves
  • Water

Lemon is extremely helpful in the digestion process and in the removal of toxins. In addition, the vitamin C it contains will give you glowing skin.

Friday:

Wash and cut the cucumber and lemon and rinse the mint. Put the cucumber and lemon in a jug and then fill it with water. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Throw in the mint leaves just before drinking it.
