Spots: What they are and how to get rid of them
An article of mine in the magazine ok!
I'm sure none of you would like to see brown spots on your face at the end of summer, and not even during your vacation.
You may be enjoying your holidays and the sun, but when September arrives and you return to everyday life, there are more than a few times when you've been left speechless when you see your face in the mirror.
I have told you countless times how important it is to wear sunscreen and not apply it once and then forget about it!
However, sunscreen alone does not work miracles. Protects you but needs more care!
Extra tip: We don't forget to apply our sunscreen all year round and not just in summer!
But what are the panades;
Freckles are dark spots, which are often unsightly. They appear mainly on the face, hands and décolleté, but this does not mean that they cannot appear anywhere on the body. During our exposure to the sun, the production of the cells responsible for producing melanin in the skin, also known as melanocytes, increases. Overproduction of melanin results in the formation of these spots.
There are other causes and factors besides sun exposure that can cause the problem.
Some of these causes are genetic predisposition, medication, contraceptives and pregnancy.
If you have already seen the first signs, these natural recipes will help!
No more parsley panades
Parsley has the necessary nutrients that penetrate deep, eliminate dead cells and remove spots and blemishes.
It is a natural tonic, which whitens the skin, reduces redness, irritations and, in addition to freckles, helps reduce dark circles.
Make the following recipe and you will see your skin glowing!
Materials:
– 3 tbsp of chopped parsley
-1 cup of boiling water
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
Friday:
Add 3 tablespoons of parsley to the water while it is boiling. Remove the water from the heat and let it cool. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.
Store the mixture in a spray bottle that you have first sterilized very well and spray daily on your face, twice a day.
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Anti-fungal mask with milk, lemon and aloe
The combination of these ingredients will greatly help in seeing immediate results on your face.
Materials:
– 3 tbsp of milk
– 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
– 3 tbsp of aloe vera gel
Friday:
Squeeze the lemon and put 6 tablespoons of juice into a bowl.
Immediately add the milk and aloe gel.
Mix all the ingredients well until they are homogeneous.
Apply the mixture to those spots where you have pimples.
Leave the mask on for half an hour and wash off the mixture with plenty of warm water.
Apply your moisturizer to the place where you put the mask.
The mixture should be thrown away after use and not reused.
Extra info: Commercially available daily bleaching products can help combat existing blemishes. Of course, it would be good to consult your dermatologist first.
