Fasting shrimp salad with penne
A very easy recipe for shrimp salad with penne which you can serve in a buffet but also as a main course every day, ideal for fasting days.
Materials
- 1 pack pennies
- 500 gr. shrimps cleaned
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- Olive oil
- Parsley chopped
- Salt Pepper
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We put them on shrimps in a pan with a little olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes. We boil them pennies according to the package instructions, drain them and drizzle with a little olive oil. Let them cool and put them in a bowl with the shrimps. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. THE shrimp salad with penne they are ready!
This particular dish needs some grated feta to take off. However, since it is Holy Week, I do not recommend it. But if you like this recipe, you can include it in your weekly menu.
