Materials

Squeeze a lemon and add its juice to a liter of water.
It's almost ready. Now all you need to do is add the apples and cinnamon sticks into the water with the lemon juice.
You keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
If you want, you can let it sit overnight to allow the cinnamon, apple and lemon to better release their properties.
The next day, drink some of this water before each main meal.
