Stale bread! We don't throw it away, we use it in another way!
What have I told you many times? We don't throw anything away. Any object and material can be used in a different way. The same happens with the bread.
It may be dry and you think so stale but there is no reason to throw it away since there are other ways to use it.
Let's see some:
– Fertilizer. If you dry the bread crumbs in the oven and pass them through the bender, so that they take the form of powder, they can act as fertilizer in the soil of the plants.
- Preserve the vegetables you have in your fridge with a slice of dry bread in the vegetable drawer. Moisture will be absorbed and they will be kept fresh for more days.
CAUTION! Don't leave the bread there for more than two days because it will get moldy.
– Make croutons! One of the easiest and most common recipes. Cut the bread into small cubes and sprinkle with dried herbs. Why buy from the supermarket?
