After a lot of Easter food, see what you will do to avoid gaining weight
The truth is that the Easter we ate a lot. Like every year, this year too we couldn't resist and consumed meat, sweets and alcohol.
How will you return to your everyday life smoothly so that you are not burdened with other extra pounds?
– The presence of salad at lunch is considered essential, as vegetables bring about satiety faster, resulting in us eating smaller amounts.
– If you absolutely want to eat sweets (it would be better to avoid them) make sure to eat an ice cream without syrups and nuts.
– In the evening, eat yogurt with fruit, salad or low-fat cheese, even a soothing herbal soup, but also a salad with two hard-boiled eggs (yes, the ones left over from Easter).
– Physical activity helps maintain weight. Take a walk in the countryside or in your neighborhood if you are already back in the city.
– It goes without saying that you should not consume any more alcohol.
